Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
- Business days are Monday–Friday.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on package weight.
- Local Pickup (Windsor, ON): Free. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Large or heavy items may be available for pickup only due to higher shipping costs.
- Flammable or restricted items are pickup only and cannot be shipped by carriers.

Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx for reliable delivery.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship within Canada only.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices include applicable Canadian taxes. (International shipping is not yet available. In the future, international customers will be responsible for any duties or import fees.)
Lost or Damaged Packages
