Refund policy
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective:
- Body care and cuticle oils
- Face masks and treatments
- Fungus treatments
- Lashes
- Metal tools
- Nail bits and brushes
- Disposable supplies
- Clearance/markdown items
Additionally, please note:
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer labeling. Names on products do not always accurately describe features or shades.
- Some items are for professional use only and require proper training and skills. We are not responsible for misuse or adverse reactions.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for eligible items.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Upon inspection and approval, store credit will be issued. Refunds are not offered, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- For international orders, any customs or import fees charged to Jo Beauty Supply will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Incorrect or Defective Items
We strive for accuracy and quality, but mistakes or defects can occur. If you receive the wrong product or a defective item:
- Contact us at shop@jobeautysupply.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, name, product name, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
- Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.
Equipment
- New Equipment Returns: Accepted within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
- Defective Equipment: Report within 14 days for exchange. After 14 days, issues are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Proof of defect and purchase are required.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Items must be packed in a separate shipping box.
- Do not place shipping labels directly on the product’s original packaging.
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
General Terms
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
